Jacques founded iLead Systems in 2001 to explore how to adapt the practice of leadership in an unpredictable environment. Following a successful career in engineering, he moved into human resources consulting with DBM. He became Managing Director of DBM France, then President of DBM Europe.
In his published work, ‘The DNA of Leadership’, he argues that leadership is the result of learning from our environment and transforming this information into action.
Jacques specialises in organisational change and the development of trans-national teams.
