When team members get caught up in day-to-day operational challenges; too focused on their individual workload, the team suffers. Communication breaks down and people can become defensive, often resorting to point scoring.

So what do teams need to do ensure everyone is fully engaged and working together in harmony?

Working with you and your team over 1 – 2 ½ days, I’ll help you create a foundation for building a great team.

Participants will:

  • Examine their current reality from the perspective of their clients, the services they offer, the team itself, and their values
  • Work on understanding each other and how to communicate as a team
  • Apply simple but effective techniques in interactive exercises based on real-life situations they’ve experienced with customers
  • Sign up to a shared vision of where they want to get to
  • Work out the next steps together
  • Agree their part in the team’s future success
