Emmanuelle is a qualified executive coach facilitator and trainer. She has worked extensively in Asia and Europe, with international corporate clients for over 20 years.
She works internationally as part of the qualified external facilitation team of two major learning organisations – CTI and Capgemini University, on the roll-out of significant leadership, mobilisation and learning programmes.
Emmanuelle brings her range of experience and fresh perspectives to senior personnel including board executives, operational managers, and development, sales, marketing, finance, and IS executives.
Emmanuelle is constantly looking for ways to create value for her clients. Through creating long-lasting trusted relationships she is able to respond to their needs and create, design and deliver facilitation, training and coaching.
Experienced in multiple techniques for creating the best environment for creative problem solving, she works with individuals and groups. She asks powerful questions, listens and empowers to elicit the skills and creativity her clients already possess, rather than instructing or advising them. Then she facilitates, coaches, and trains her clients to help them get to where they want to be.
Emmanuelle trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is an ICF accredited Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and is an iLead certified coach. iLead is a psychometric diagnostic tool that focuses on building both self-awareness and agility in relationships.
