Career background

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1987, Anita worked for many years in the legal profession and the Ministry of Justice. Her responsibilities included setting the strategic direction, developing organisations and people, as well as training and coaching professionals to realise their true potential.

Anita has a Masters Degree in Management; is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.

She also trained with the International Coach Federation and the Ministry of Justice, and is a qualified trainer and coach.

Anita also has experience of working internationally on collaborative government projects and research involving national bodies and government departments.
